Steve is a veteran of the high technology industry with over 30 years of experience in information security, information technology, security compliance, and computer hardware and software engineering and design.  An expert in computer architecture and systems design Steve has worked in numerous technology development, Information Technology architecture, and product design groups for some of the top technology companies in the Pacific Northwest including Intel, Microsoft and Boeing.

Steve has been involved with data recovery and digital investigations since 2009 and has since received formal training and certification in digital forensics and data recovery. Steve is well versed in the live and post-mortem acquisition and analysis of digital evidence from all manner of computer media including, but not limited to computer hard drives, solid state drives, laptops, tablet computers, smart phones, memory sticks, and CD/DVDs.

Steve has the ability to use his 30+ years of experience and expertise to clearly explain the advanced concepts of computer architecture, network operation, digital forensics and data recovery to non-technical audiences.
